PSI is one of the largest and most diverse natural science research institutes in Europe. Over more than ten years, we returned to the site repeatedly – for annual reports, brochures, and the institute’s own magazine. These photographs came out of that ongoing work: a detail of laboratory equipment, a study in smoke. Not every image from a long assignment documents. Some just look.
